SIP Train LLC is a California limited liability company providing online training and certification in VoIP, SIP, and carrier voice engineering through siptrain.com.
You agree not to redistribute course content, share account credentials, or attempt to disrupt the platform's operation. Certifications are non-transferable; the named credential-holder is the only person authorised to claim it.
30-day no-questions refund on any individual course or bundle, provided the proctored exam has not been attempted. Annual subscriptions are pro-rated. See the Pricing FAQ for details.
SIP Train provides educational content. We do our best to ensure accuracy and to keep the platform running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that completing a course will result in any particular career outcome. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of California.
