How SIP Train LLC handles your information.
Last updated: 8 May 2026. This is the launch placeholder of the SIP Train privacy policy. It will be replaced with a full GDPR/CCPA-compliant policy reviewed by counsel before paid signups go live.
When you contact us through the website, we record your name, email address, role, the topic you selected, and the message you wrote. We log the request IP and user-agent for spam-filtering purposes. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking on the marketing site.
We use the information you provide to respond to your message and, where appropriate, to follow up about courses, team licensing, or other things you've asked about. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Contact-form submissions are stored in our hosting environment (Cloudways, hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure) and are emailed to a SIP Train inbox. Both are protected by industry-standard access controls.
If you'd like to know what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, write to hello@siptrain.com. We respond within 30 days.
